Overall, it’s a good shirt and the quality feels solid. I’d say it works well if you don’t mind a slightly different fit, but the sizing was a little off for me compared to what I expected

I ordered a shirt from edsheeran.com and it showed up faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated normally, and the package arrived in good shape. It did come one day later than the original estimate, but that wasn’t really a big deal. Weirdly, I remember the mailer had this tiny crease in the corner that looked like a little triangle, but the shirt itself was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how the shipping went.

I ordered a shirt from edsheeran.com and I was mostly just paying attention to the shipping cost, since that’s usually where things get annoying. It ended up being fair, less than I expected. Checkout was straightforward too, and I didn’t notice any random extra fees popping up at the end. Overall, I was happy with it.

For some reason, the site was really slow and kind of confusing on my phone. I couldn’t find the ticket info easily and had to keep tapping around just to get anywhere. it got annoying after a while.

I ordered a shirt from edsheeran.com expecting it to feel like proper official merch, but when it showed up the print and label just seemed a little off. Maybe it’s totally real, I don’t know, but it didn’t really give me that “official merch” feeling.
Shipping was fine, nothing terrible, but for the price I expected better. I’m kind of tired of running into this same sort of letdown with merch lately, so I kept it, but I’m not super happy and probably won’t order again.

The tickets definitely weren’t cheap, but for the show, the price felt fair. The site was simple enough to use, and everything worked out like I expected. I did reach out with a quick question and support basically said, "you’re all set, your tickets are confirmed," which was reassuring. Overall, I got what I paid for and didn’t have any real issues.

"Tracking was slow and support felt a bit condescending"
The tracking didn’t update until late, which was frustrating because I wasn’t sure where my order was for a while. It did show up fine in the end, so that part was okay. But when I asked about it, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve just known to wait. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Packaging was a mess, but the hoodie survived"
The package showed up crushed, which was annoying right away. I thought the hoodie was going to be messed up too, but somehow it was totally fine. The packaging could definitely be better though. Like, I’m glad the hoodie made it, but still not a great first impression

I backed out at the payment page because it just didn’t feel secure to me. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but usually when a checkout looks a little off or doesn’t show the trust signals I’m used to seeing, I assume there’s a reason and don’t risk entering my card info

I was trying to buy a hoodie, and of course checkout started freezing right when I got to the payment step. Sure it was just bad timing, but I had to refresh twice and re-enter my details, which got old fast. The order did go through eventually, but the whole process felt slow and clunky.

"Pretty close, but not exactly what I expected"
I ordered a shirt from edsheeran.com and yeah, it was mostly like the pictures, but not totally. The size was fine, so that part worked out, and shipping didn’t take forever or anything. But the color looked a little different in person, which threw me off a bit. Not a huge deal, I’ll still wear it, I just thought it would match the photos more closely. Overall it was okay, not amazing, not terrible. I’d say 3 stars.
